The Corroflex® Chem-Gas anti whip high pressure gas hose package is supplied ready to fit GasArc manifolds with 1/4" NPT both ends. Supplied with a CF400SM non return valve with a 1/4" NPT male connection at the manifold end. Suitable for all high pressure gases up to 6.0 purity.

Hose Features & Benefits:

Supplied with fully assembled anti-whip cable restraint & 90° Elbow (cylinder connection end)
Batch Test Certificate According to Directive 2014/68/EU available upon request.
Working pressure 320 bar (tested to 450 Bar, burst pressure 1300 bar)
Manufactured from 316L Corrugated Stainless Steel covered with heavy duty stainless braiding.
Temperature Range -196°C – 550 °C
Anti-kink spring fitted both ends.
Supplied free from oil and fully degreased according to EN ISO 15001 & EN ISO 21969, and suitable for use with Medical Oxygen.

CF400SM Features:

Manufactured from 316L stainless steel for ultimate corrosion-resistance and durability
Laser marked with pressure service and direction of flow for convenience
1/4" NPT Male to male connections for seamless installation
Working pressure 400 Bar
Available with Viton® (FKM) O-Ring Seals
Oxygen cleaned to ISO-8501-1 and ASTM-G-93
