Safrabraze AG40CBF – 1.0mm x 500mm Flux-Coated 40% Silver Brazing Rod
The Safrabraze AG40CBF 1.0mm flux-coated silver brazing rod is a 40% silver, cadmium-bearing alloy developed for precision brazing of close-fitting components. Its excellent fluidity and capillary action make it particularly suitable for fine assemblies and narrow joint clearances.
Manufactured to internationally recognised standards including ISO 17672, BS 1845, DIN 8513, EN 1044, NFA 81-362, and ISO 3677.
Suitable for brazing: Copper, brass, bronze, nickel, nickel alloys, and selected stainless steels.
Commonly used in HVAC pipework, refrigeration systems, automotive components, precision engineering, and decorative metalwork.

Brazing Guidance
