Safrabraze AG40CBF – 2.0mm x 500mm Flux-Coated Silver Brazing Rod
Premium cadmium-bearing silver solder rod with flux coating, designed for precision brazing. Provides excellent flow, capillary action, and strong, reliable joints for tight-fitting assemblies. Manufactured to internationally recognised standards including ISO 17672, BS 1845, DIN 8513, EN 1044, NFA 81-362, and ISO 3677.
Suitable for brazing the following materials: Copper, copper alloys (brass, bronze), nickel, nickel alloys, and some stainless steels.
Ideal for HVAC, automotive, precision engineering, and decorative metalwork applications.

Brazing Tips
- Recommended Joint Clearance: 0.1–0.3mm for optimal capillary action
- Working Temperature: 600–630°C for best flow
- Base Metal Notes: Ensure clean, oxide-free surfaces for copper, brass, bronze, nickel, and stainless steel before brazing
