3 Metre Heavy-Duty Black Air Hose Assembly with PCL Fittings

This professional-quality 3 metre compressed air hose assembly is manufactured in-house by 1 Stop Welding Shop using heavy-duty black air hose and genuine PCL-compatible air fittings. It is supplied fully assembled and ready to connect between suitable compressed air equipment, air tools, compressors and workshop air supplies.

The assembly is manufactured from 6mm (1/4") bore heavy-duty black air hose. One end is fitted with a PCL AC21R Airflow coupling, while the opposite end is fitted with a PCL standard air adaptor with a 1/4" hose tail.

Both fittings have 6mm hose tails which are inserted securely into the air hose. Each connection is retained using a 13–15mm double-sided O-clip, professionally crimped around the hose using dedicated O-clip pincers.

Professionally Assembled In-House

Each air hose is cut to length and assembled at our premises using suitable hose-tail fittings and correctly sized double-sided O-clips. The O-clips are crimped using dedicated pincers to produce a secure and consistent connection at each end of the hose.

This eliminates the need to purchase separate hose, fittings and clips or assemble the hose yourself. The finished assembly arrives ready to connect to compatible workshop compressed air equipment.
