MasterWeld 4043 aluminium welding wire is alloyed with 5% silicon added for excellent flow characteristics, attractive bright cosmetic appearance and a lower melting point. Designed for welding of 6XXX grade aluminium alloys.
4043 welding wire should not be used if you are considering the best colour match after post weld anodizing, as this filler alloy will typically turn dark grey in colour after the anodizing process.
