MasterWeld MW-1682T Stainless Steel TIG Welding Rod can be used to weld other stainless steels of similar composition for high pressure, high temperature piping applications such as 300H grade stainless steel. MW-1682T provides a better freedom from weld cracking due to its good hot-ductility properties. This alloy has a low ferrite weld deposit. MW-1682T is best used in the welding of steam piping, furnace parts, as well as in petrochemical, power generation, and chemical processing industries.
