The Corroflex® Spec-Gas anti whip high pressure gas hose package is supplied ready to fit GasArc manifolds with 1/4" NPT both ends. Supplied with a CF400BM non return valve with a 1/4" NPT male connection. Suitable for all high-pressure gases up to 6.0 purity, excluding toxic or corrosive gases.
Hose Features & Benefits:
- Supplied with fully assembled anti-whip cable restraint & 90° Elbow (cylinder connection end)
- Batch Test Certificate According to Directive 2014/68/EU available upon request.
- Working pressure 320 bar (tested to 450 Bar, burst pressure 1300 bar)
- Manufactured from 316L Corrugated Stainless Steel covered with heavy duty stainless braiding.
- Temperature Range -196°C – 550 °C
- Anti-kink spring fitted both ends.
- Supplied free from oil and fully degreased according to EN ISO 15001 & EN ISO 21969, and suitable for use with Medical Oxygen.
Non-Return Valve (NRV) Features & Benefits:
- Manufactured from chrome-plated brass for durability
- Laser marked with pressure service and direction of flow for convenience
- 1/4" NPT Male to male connections for seamless installation
- Working pressure 400 Bar
- Supplied with EPDM or Viton® (FKM) O-Ring Seals
- Oxygen cleaned to ISO-8501-1 and ASTM-G-93
